Project Overview
This comprehensive dual-purpose slaughter project is located in the United States, customized for local medium-sized meat processing enterprises, designed for daily mixed slaughter of cattle and sheep. The production line complies with USDA food safety specifications and local slaughter regulatory requirements, covering livestock quarantine, humane stunning, bleeding, skinning, evisceration, segmentation and finished product cold storage. We deliver full one-stop turnkey service including workshop layout planning, customized equipment fabrication, international shipment, on-site installation, operational training and long-term after-sales technical support.
Project Design & Configuration
The workshop adopts independent modular partition layout. We divide the plant into livestock receiving area, separate cattle & sheep slaughter working zones, fine processing workshop and refrigerated warehouse, with strict physical isolation between dirty and clean areas to prevent cross-contamination and satisfy American food inspection standards.
Core supporting equipment including restraining platforms, pneumatic stunning devices, overhead bleeding rails, dedicated sheep processing lines and synchronous inspection units are all made of food-grade stainless steel. The equipment structure is optimized for North American ambient conditions, easy to sanitize and adapt to frequent daily alternating production of cattle and sheep.
One-stop Turnkey Service
Different from single equipment vendors, we undertake all engineering links from blueprint design to later operation guarantee. Customers only confirm project demands, all complex construction work is fully undertaken by our team.
