On a warm early winter day, we sincerely welcomed Mr. Allen, a customer from Malaysia, and his team for the important acceptance work of the customized 20-cattle-per-day slaughter line equipment. This acceptance is not only a key verification of the equipment quality, but also an important testimony to the deepening of cooperation between China and Malaysia in the animal husbandry processing field.

This 20-cattle-per-day slaughter line is a core equipment developed by us tailored to the characteristics of Malaysia's animal husbandry industry. From the smooth herding of cattle, halal slaughter process in line with Islamic law, to precise bloodletting, efficient dehairing, segmental boning, and then to the full-link design of visceral processing and fresh meat sorting, every link has undergone hundreds of debugging and optimization. The equipment adopts an intelligent temperature control and negative pressure ventilation system, which not only ensures stable slaughter efficiency meeting the standard, but also strictly complies with Malaysia's food hygiene and safety standards, and also takes into account operational convenience and maintenance economy.

At the acceptance site, Mr. Allen showed strong professional quality. He focused on verifying the adaptability of the daily processing capacity of the production line. Accompanied by our technical staff, he watched the entire simulated slaughter process - from the smoothness of cattle feeding, the standardization of the slaughter link to the accuracy of segmental processing, and checked and recorded each indicator one by one. Our engineers gave detailed explanations on issues such as the halal slaughter adaptation details of the equipment, energy consumption control parameters and fault emergency mechanisms, and demonstrated the operation logic of the intelligent control system on site, which won the customer's frequent nods of approval.

When seeing that the production line operated in an orderly manner, the processing time per cow was controlled within the established standard, and the simulated hygiene test data of the fresh meat after slaughter fully met the standard, Mr. Allen sincerely praised: "The efficiency and standardization of this production line have completely exceeded our expectations.
