This production line was independently developed by our technical team, integrating full-process automated functions including stunning, bleeding, dehairing, evisceration, carcass trimming, splitting, weighing and conveying, realizing seamless connection and efficient coordination of various processes. As a customized solution, our project team conducted in-depth research on local slaughtering traditions in Serbia, carried out spatial planning in combination with the actual layout of the customer's workshop, and strictly adhered to international animal husbandry processing hygiene standards. Multiple rounds of optimization and iteration were carried out from the core structure to detailed parameters to ensure the equipment's high adaptability to the customer's needs.

Excellent quality stems from strict control. The main body of the production line is made of food-grade 304 stainless steel, which has excellent corrosion resistance, can resist erosion from blood, cleaning agents and other media, adapts to the climatic characteristics of Serbia, and maintains the cleanliness and stability of the equipment for a long time. The core components are manufactured with refined craftsmanship, and the equipment implements multiple quality inspection systems throughout the process to ensure that each piece of equipment meets the factory standards and provides reliable quality assurance for customers.

During the project execution, our company set up a professional transnational installation service team and conducted special training in advance on local construction specifications, safety standards and cultural customs in Serbia.
