Our company recently successfully shipped two customized arm-type quarter carcass conveyors to Oman in the Middle East, once again earning high recognition from our overseas client for our high-quality products and professional service. The equipment was tailored to the specific layout and production processes of the Omani customer's slaughterhouse. Utilizing food-grade 304 stainless steel and a high-strength carbon steel frame, it boasts a robust structure, stable operation, and excellent load-bearing capacity and corrosion resistance, fully meeting the requirements for long-term, stable operation in high-temperature and high-humidity environments. Equipped with a precision bearing drive system and an adjustable arm-type hook structure, the equipment efficiently and safely transports quarter carcasses of cattle and sheep, ensuring seamless integration between slaughtering processes and significantly improving overall production efficiency and hygiene standards.

Before shipment, we rigorously tested and thoroughly inspected each device. Each device was then packed in fully enclosed, thickened wooden crates, equipped with shock-absorbing foam and mounting brackets to protect it from vibrations, moisture, and impacts during the long ocean voyage. After packaging, we captured multiple high-definition photos and a video of the entire process for our Omani client, showcasing the device's exterior craftsmanship, welding details, nameplate information, and the integrity and robustness of the wooden crates.

We always adhere to transparent and standardized service processes, so that customers far away in the Middle East can feel at ease and reassured throughout the process. At present, the two arm-type quarter carcass conveyors have been successfully loaded into the container and shipped by sea to Sur Port in Oman. We will continue to monitor the transportation progress and provide installation guidance and technical support after the equipment arrives to ensure smooth commissioning.
