Recently, we successfully completed production and officially started shipping a complete set of slaughtering equipment for a Serbian client capable of processing 25 pigs per hour, marking the beginning of a new phase of delivery and implementation for this important international cooperation project. This production line includes a full suite of automated equipment for stunning, bleeding, scalding, hair removal, singeing, shaving, gutting, carcass cleaning, splitting, weighing, and conveying. All equipment was custom designed and manufactured based on the client's local slaughtering procedures, workshop layout, and EU hygiene standards. The entire line is constructed of food-grade 304 stainless steel, and key components undergo precision machining and rigorous quality inspection to ensure stable operation, safe operation, and easy cleaning, fully meeting the high standards of efficiency, hygiene, and durability required of modern slaughterhouses.

Throughout the equipment production process, we maintained close communication with our customers, periodically providing photos and videos of the production progress to ensure transparent collaboration. Previously, a Serbian customer made a special trip to our factory for an on-site inspection. They meticulously examined the structure, welding process, transmission system, and overall assembly quality of each piece of equipment, and conducted a comprehensive assessment of the production line's process flow and level of automation.

After inspecting the equipment, the customer highly praised the overall workmanship, material selection, attention to detail, and our professional approach, stating, "We are very satisfied and it completely exceeded our expectations." They also expressed their sincere trust and recognition in our technical strength and ability to fulfill our contract obligations. The shipment was smooth, with all equipment packed in high-strength wooden crates and shockproof packaging to ensure safety during the long ocean voyage.

The equipment has been loaded onto trucks and shipped to the port, and will soon depart for Serbia. We will provide full technical support throughout the entire process, assisting the customer with installation, commissioning, and commissioning, ensuring the efficient and stable operation of the entire slaughtering line.
