Project：Nigeria poultry slaughtering equipment shipped smoothly! The Ruby team delivered it attentively, with complete spare parts and solid packaging.

Thanks to the efficient coordination and comprehensive follow-up of our EME team, we recently completed production of a complete set of poultry slaughterhouse equipment customized for a Nigerian customer. The equipment has been successfully loaded into containers and officially departed for shipment. This order includes a full range of automated equipment, from live poultry cage loading, slaughtering, depilation, gutting, cleaning, pre-cooling, to cutting and conveying. The entire production line was customized to the customer's actual production capacity requirements and site conditions, ensuring efficient operation, ease of use, and compliance with food hygiene standards.

What is more worth mentioning is that during the delivery, we not only completed the manufacturing of the main equipment with high quality, but also fully considered the convenience of subsequent maintenance for overseas customers, and proactively equipped a number of vulnerable parts with spare replacement parts - including hair removal machine glue sticks, chains, cutters and other key consumables. We truly "think what customers think and worry about what customers worry about", and used practical actions to interpret our ultimate attentiveness to service details.

During the packaging process, we used fully enclosed, thickened wooden crates and high-strength stretch film for dual protection, protecting each device from dust, moisture, and shock, ensuring safety during long-distance ocean transport. The entire loading process was orderly and efficient, with the equipment securely positioned and clearly labeled, earning unanimous praise from both the logistics team and the customer. After receiving photos and videos of the shipment, the customer highly praised the overall quality of the equipment, the meticulous packaging, and our attentive service, reaffirming their full confidence in our team's expertise.

This is not only a successful order delivery, but also a reflection of the deep integration of Chinese intelligent manufacturing with the needs of the African market.
