Project:From blueprint to future: Mr. He, a Mexican customer, visited us to jointly draw a new blueprint for the pig slaughterhouse

On August 1, 2025, Mr. He, a client from Mexico, visited our company for a field trip and technical exchange, hosted by his colleague Ruby. The two sides engaged in in-depth and fruitful discussions on the mechanical equipment configuration and plant floor plan for the new pig slaughterhouse. Mr. He made this special trip to find a reliable technical partner for the modern slaughterhouse project being planned in Mexico.

Accompanied by our technical staff, Mr. He learned in detail about our company's technical strength and project experience in the field of pig slaughtering equipment. He focused on visiting various core equipment being manufactured in the production workshop, including stunning machines, bleeding lines, scalding machines, depilators, splitting saws, carcass conveyor lines, etc. He spoke highly of the equipment's process structure, material selection and automation level.

At the subsequent technical exchange meeting, our engineers, along with Mr. He and his team, conducted a comprehensive comparative analysis of key issues, including the applicable scenarios, investment costs, operational flexibility, hygiene standards, and installation and commissioning cycles of mobile and fixed-type pig slaughterhouses. In response to the land shortages and the need for flexible deployment in parts of Mexico, our company highlighted the modular design advantages of mobile slaughterhouses—they can be transported as a whole, quickly installed, and plug-and-play, making them particularly suitable for small and medium-sized slaughterhouses or temporary production needs. For large and medium-sized projects requiring long-term stable operations, we recommended fixed-type slaughterhouses, which offer advantages such as high production capacity, rational layout, and ease of automation integration.

The discussion was lively and thorough, with Mr. He expressing his high recognition of our technical team's professionalism, responsiveness, and systematic solution-oriented capabilities. At the end of the meeting, both parties reached a consensus: Once our company completes the optimization of the new plant layout and equipment configuration plan based on the discussions, Mr. He will personally visit again for final confirmation and to advance further cooperation. This meeting not only deepened the client's understanding of our company's comprehensive capabilities but also laid a solid foundation for the implementation of subsequent projects. We thank Ruby and the EME team for their professional cooperation throughout the entire process, and we look forward to meeting Mr. He again to work together to build an efficient, compliant, and intelligent modern pig slaughtering project!
