Through the meticulous preparation and efficient execution of our team, the customized complete slaughter line with a capacity of 40 cattle per day for the Zimbabwean customer has fully completed production and officially started shipment - a milestone that marks the project's successful entry into the critical delivery phase. Aligned closely with the customer's core production needs, this order delivers a high-efficiency production line capable of processing 40 cattle daily, encompassing a full suite of core equipment including halal slaughter boxes, synchronous bleeding conveyor lines, automatic skinning machines, carcass precision cutting conveyor systems, viscera processing equipment, hydraulic splitting saws and precision weighing rails. It also provides supporting workshop layout planning and key auxiliary facility solutions, truly realizing an integrated supply service of "equipment customization + process adaptation".

Adopting the core design concept of "high-efficiency adaptation, safety and hygiene", the production line strictly complies with international meat processing hygiene standards and local production regulations in Zimbabwe. Equipped with high-precision servo systems at key transmission parts, it not only ensures stable and durable equipment operation, but also precisely matches the processing rhythm of 40 cattle per day, helping the customer significantly improve production efficiency.

With accurate assessment of customer needs and solid technical strength, our professional performance throughout the scheme design and manufacturing process has won high recognition from the customer. To ensure the safe arrival of the fine equipment at the port, all fine equipment is packed in customized high-strength solid wood crates with multi-layer shock-absorbing materials inside. Key components are additionally fitted with protective bushings, and after being sealed with stretch film and treated with rainproof measures, they can effectively withstand bumps and humidity during long-distance sea transportation. Currently, the complete production line equipment has been transported to the port in batches, loaded into containers, and is about to be shipped to Zimbabwe.

Going forward, we will establish a professional technical team to provide full-process on-site support, assisting the customer in efficiently completing equipment installation and commissioning, staff operation training and trial production, ensuring the production line reaches its designed capacity quickly and operates stably.
