Thanks to our colleague Ruby's meticulous oversight, the cattle and sheep carcass cutting line we customized for a client in Outer Mongolia has successfully arrived and entered the installation phase. After thoroughly understanding our equipment's performance and after-sales service, the client decisively ordered this efficient, hygienic, and user-friendly automated cutting line, widely suitable for the fine cutting and grading of cattle and sheep carcasses. Upon arrival, to ensure accurate, safe, and efficient installation and commissioning, we immediately dispatched our experienced installation technicians to the Outer Mongolia site to provide one-on-one professional guidance.
The technicians overcame the challenges of the long journey and the local climate and environment, and immediately got to work after arriving. From unpacking and inspecting the equipment, counting components, track docking, transmission debugging to parameter setting of the electrical control system, every link was strictly carried out in accordance with standard procedures. They also worked closely with the customer team and patiently explained the key operating points and daily maintenance precautions.
During the installation process, technical engineers also captured multiple on-site photos and operational videos, providing real-time feedback to the company internally, ensuring the back-office team could monitor progress and provide remote support. After several days of close collaboration, the entire cutting line was successfully installed and commissioned both with and without load. The line operated smoothly, delivered precise cutting results, and delivered smooth conveying, fully meeting design expectations.
